Project start

This phase starts when the Agreement is signed by both parties. In the preparatory phase of the project, Great Place to Work ensures the necessary preparations to enable the project together with the customer's contact person. During this phase, frameworks for the project must be set, in accordance with the Agreement and with the Great Place to Works project model for the implementation of the Trust Index, Culture Brief and Culture Audit. The project's activities and schedule must be ensured according to the Great Place to Works standard process. A start-up meeting is held to communicate the project's various phases in an activity plan, as well as the responsibilities of the various partners at each stage. The customer's contact person gets access to the project tool used for the activity plan.

-        GPTW invites and holds a first start-up meeting with the customer

-        GPTW sets up a project plan according to standard process, with limited possibility for adaptations

-        GPTW and customer confirm activity plan

-        GPTW invites the customer to collaborate in the project tool for the activity plan

Before examination

When the project is initiated, Great Place to Work and the customer have a responsibility to fulfil commitments according to the activity plan.

-        GPTW sends the necessary material to the customer

-        Customer ensures and tests the technical requirements for enabling the survey

-        Customer sends in requested material

-        Customer confirms any organizational divisions that are made

-        Customer communicates internally about the survey

-        GPTW is preparing for the start of the survey

 

During the survey

During this phase, the survey is active.

-        GPTW sends out an invitation to the survey

-        Customer follows the response rate via the customer portal

-        GPTW sends out two reminders

-        Customer submits Culture Brief for each participating country

After the survey

During this phase, the survey is completed and responses have been collected. Great Place to Work is responsible for producing results for the customer and sends materials according to the time and activity plan.

-        GPTW activates results according to the activity plan

-        GPTW makes results available in the software

-        If the customer has succeeded in achieving certification, the certification material is made available in the software

Project end

When all parts of the activity plan is completed, the project is finished and the planning for the next survey is discussed.
